Search first: it may be listed under a slightly different name. If it really isn’t here, add it. We confirm every company exists (CAC search) before its profile goes up.

- We check the company exists and add its profile; your review shows once the company has three
This is my company
- Create an account or sign in
- Add your company with its CAC RC number, and upload the CAC certificate and a director’s ID
- We approve the claim and publish your profile, usually within 2 working days; you manage it from then on, free

How companies get onto Proptiva Ratings
- Our team lists companies buyers ask about, from public records (CAC, state registers)
- Buyers add the companies they dealt with
- Companies add themselves, or claim the profile we already made
